某省2012年药品安全事件中应急检验的分析与思考

目的分析应急检验事件,总结经验剖析问题,进一步提高应急检验能力。方法从实际出发,回顾分析云南省食品药品检验所在2012年药品安全事件中经历的应急检验。结果分析结果主要包括:领导重视的作用;精心组织;时刻保持职业敏锐性和快速反应能力;准确可靠的科学数据是技术支撑;信息沟通的重要性以上因素。结论应急检验在药品安全突发事件中是食品药品检验所的职责,应通过不断提高人员素质,完善制度,科学储备,进一步提高应急检验的应对水平。

The Analysis and Thoughts on Emergency Tests in Yunnan Province at 2012 Year

Objective To analyze emergency test events, to generalize experiments, to problems and to improve the ability in emergency test. Method To start with the facts look back into the emergency test which is handled by Yunnan Institute for Food and Drug Control, happened in drug security events, 2012. Results Analysis results include： the role of leadership attention; well-organized; always maintain professional acumen and rapid response capability; accurate and reliable scientific data is technical support; over the importance of information communication factors. Conclusions It is the duty of Institute for Food and Drug Control to do the test in drug security emergency events. We should continually lift staff＇s qualities, perfect system, prepare scientifically and improve the level for emergency test.
