| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高频电波刀（LEEP）治疗宫颈病变的护理方法。方法：对196例宫颈病变患者采用高频电波刀手术治疗，并加强国手术期护理。结果护理工作对LEEP治疗效果起到了重要的作用。结论：做好高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变的护理，缩短了术后阴道排液、出血的时间，促进了伤口愈合。大大提高了手术成功率。减少了并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective： Summarizing nursing experience of treating cervical pathological change in patients. Methods ： Treating 196 patients with cervical pathological change with high frequency leep ,paying special attention to the nursing before and after the treatment. Results：Nursing before and after the treatment is crucial to that high frequency leep surgery. Conclusion：Proper nursing before and after the high frequency leep can effectively shorten the duration of vaginal haemorrhage and urine excretion after the treatment, thus helps heal up the surgical cut and increases the success of the surgery and decreases the possibility of complication. |
