高磁场MRI伪影的产生及抑制方法探讨分析

目的:探讨高磁场MRI伪影的产生及抑制方法。方法:A组无选择性收集我院MRI开展初期的检查患者1000例,B组:选择采用伪影预防抑制措施后的MRI检查患者1000例。分别分析A、B组患者图像的各种伪影。B组病人状况与A组基本相似。结果:通过采取一系列的预防抑制措施后,B组的各部位伪影明显下降.由原来的13.6％降到4.2％。结论:正确认识各种伪影及其产生的原因,才能充分地利用这项技术,有效地抑制或消除伪影,提高图像质量。

Production and Inhibiting Modalities of MR Artifacts at High Magnetic Field Discussion and Analysis

Purpose To discuss and analyze the production and inhibiting modalities of MR artifacts at high magnetic field. Methods A group: One thousand non-selected cases were chosen in the initial period of MR examination in our hospital. B group: One thousand selected cases with inhibiting modalities of MR artifacts were chosen. All kinds of artifacts of two groups were analyzed respect vely. The basic situations of patients of two groups were nearly similar. Results After administrating a series of inhibiting methods, the artifacts of B group were diminishes conspicuously, from 13. 6% to 4. 2%. Conclusion Only correctly understand all kinds of artifacts and the reasons to cause them, can we make full use of this technique to inhibit or eliminate artifacts effectively and increase the quality of images.
