| 摘 要： | 目的：评价米氮平与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法：将符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版诊断标准的46例抑郁症住院和门诊患者，随机平分为两组，分别给予米氮平和文拉法辛治疗，疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度(CGI—SI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果：米氮平与文拉法辛对抑郁症疗效接近，但前者起效更快，不良反应少于后者。结论：米氮平是一种安全、有效的新一代抗抑郁药，可以作为治疗抑郁症的第一线抗抑郁药使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare efficacy and side effects between mirtazapine and venlafaxine in the treatment of depression. Method:46 inpatients and outpatients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD 3 were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to mirtazapine group ( n =23) and venlafaxine group ( n =23) for 6 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD,HAMA,CGI SI and TESS before and after the treatment. Results:Findings indicated that efficacy of mirtazapine was similar to than of venlafaxine,however mirtazapine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less than venlafaxine. Conclusion:Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant.It is suggested that mirtazapine could be used as a first line antidepressant in the treatment of depression in elder. |
