护理干预在鼻咽癌患者放疗中的应用分析

目的探讨护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗不良反应的影响。方法尽早对在放疗过程中出现的不良反应进行有预见性的观察与护理，保证放疗计划顺利进行。结果98例鼻咽癌患者，在医生和护士的密切配合下，放疗顺利完成，达到了预期效果。结论针对鼻咽癌患者在放疗前中后施行护理干预，能有效减轻患者放疗不良反应，提高鼻咽癌患者的生活质量。

Nursing intervention in radiotherapy of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on adverse effects of radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods As soon as possible in the course of radiotherapy there are any undesirable reaction predictable observation and care, to ensure the progress of radiotherapy plans. Results The subjects treated in 98 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer patients, doctors and nurses in close coordination with the successful completion of radiotherapy, to achieve the expected resuits. Conclusion In patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy before the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively reduce the adverse reactions in patients with radiation therapy to improve quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
