中药强力康对AIDS患者白细胞总数的影响

目的探讨中药强力康颗粒对AIDS患者外周血白细胞总数的影响。方法将AIDS患者28例随机分为观察组（A组）14例（按国家免费治疗艾滋病方案西药治疗＋强力康颗粒）和对照组（B组）14例（西药抗病毒治疗），比较两组用药前和用药6、12、18、24个月时患者外周血自细胞总数的变化。结果A组患者用药前和用药6、12、18、24个月外周血白细胞总数分别是：（3．58±0．38）×109／L、（4．28±0．34）×109／L、（4．68±0．41）×109／L、（4．75±0．45）×109／L、（4．73±0．43）×109／L，B组患者用药前和用药6、12、18、24个月外周血白细胞总数分别是：（3．60±0．32）×109／L、（3．88±0．31）×109／L、（4．26±0．36）×109／L、（4．69±0．39）×109／L、（4．71±0．38）×109／L。治疗6个月时A组与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），B组与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；12个月时加服强力康治疗至18个月时与12个月时及6个月时比较均（P〈0．05）；A、B两组在治疗6、12个月时组间比较（P〈0．05）。结论中药强力康能延缓和防止AIDS患者外周血白细胞总数的快速下降，是治疗AIDS患者白细胞减少的有效方法。

Tachnical report on the influence of Qianglikang to total white blood cells in patients with AIDS

Objective To explore the influence of a strong Capsule against the total number of peripheral leukocytes in patients with AIDS. Treatment for 6 months before treatment A group and （P 〈 0. 01 ）, there were very significant differences; B group and before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, 12 months plus a strong health treatment services to 18 months and 12 months and 6 months compared both （P 〈0. 05） ; A, B groups in the treatment of 6 months, 12 months between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The powerful Chinese medicine Kang can delay and prevent AIDS in patients with rapid decline in the total number of peripheral white blood cells, white blood cells to treat patients with AIDS decrease in an effective manner.
