闭合复位顺行带锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨干骨折疗效观察

目的评价应用闭合复位顺行带锁髓内钉固定方法治疗新鲜股骨干骨折的疗效。方法1999年8月至2009年8月，采用闭合复位顺行带锁髓内钉固定技术治疗新鲜股骨干骨折170例，男114例，女56例，平均年龄34．4岁。骨折按AO分型：A型40例，B型47例，C型83例。结果148例获平均随访19个月，平均手术时间为85～150min，术中平均出血量230ml。骨折愈合时间3～9个月，平均4．8个月。术中、术后观察到并发症29例，无严重并发症发生。结论闭合复位顺行带锁髓内钉固定治疗新鲜股骨干骨折具有损伤小、失血少、骨折愈合率高、功能恢复好的优点，对患者有益，是新鲜股骨干骨折治疗的理想方法。

Clinical observation of femoral shaft fracture with clased reduction and antegrade interlocking intramdeullary

Objective To evaluate the effect of fresh femoral shaft fracture with intramedullary nail and close reduction. Methods This study reviewed 170 patients with fresh femoral shaft fracture from August 1999 to August 2009. There were 114 male and 56 female with average age of 34. 4. The fractures was classified according to AO systems （forty A, forty - seven B, and eighty - three C）. All patients were treated with intramedullary nail by close reduction. Results The mean follow - up time of 148 patients was 19 months, the mean operation time was 85 min to 150 min and the mean blood loss was 230 ml. Fracture union was 4. 8 months. There were 29 complications occurred in intraoperative or postoperative period, but no severe complications occurred. Conclusion Intramedullary nail with close reduction for fractures of femoral shaft is a good method, and it has small trauma, low blood loss, high union rate and better functional results, benefitting the patient.
