B超引导经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石

目的评价B超引导经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的方法及疗效。方法B超引导下穿刺并扩张建立1724经皮肾镜操作通道。在F20．8肾镜下找到结石，采用EMSⅢ代气压弹道联合超声碎石机，粉碎结石并主动吸出体外。结果132例患者中，Ⅰ期单通道碎石116例，双通道碎13例，三通道碎石1例，总结石取尽率96％，手术时间为0．5～5．5h，平均2．2h。结论B超引导其经皮肾通道的建立方便、安全，导航准确，肾镜下气压弹道联合超声碎石治疗复杂性结石具有高效、安伞的特点．能够更快击碎并清除碎石。

Effect of complicated kidney calculus with B -ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy combined ultrasonic lithotripsy

Objective To evaluate the method and effect of treating complicated kidney calculus with B - ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy combined ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods Established F24 pereutaneous nephroscope channel with the guide of B - ultrasound and found the calculus with the help of F20.8 scope. Used EMS Ⅲ pneumatic lithotripsy combined ultrasonic lithotripsy to grind and take caleuluss out of body. Results There were 116 cases are in Ⅰ stage in single channel, 13 cases in dual channel and 1 case in three channel among 132 cases. The total rate of taking all the calculus was 96. 2%. The time of operation was from 0.5 hour to 5.5 hours and the average of 2.2 hours. Conclusion It was convenient, safety and correct to establish pereutaneous nephroseope channel with the guide of B - ultrasound. It was safe and high effective to treat complicated kidney calculus with pereutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy combined ultrasonic lithotripsy and what was more calculus can be quickly shattered and clear away.
