复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸异山梨酯治疗100例冠心病心绞痛的疗效

目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及其安全性.方法 选取2001～2005年笔者所在医院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例.对照组采用硝酸异山梨酯、硝苯地平、阿司匹林等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程15 d,治疗两个疗程后比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组显效14例,有效25例,无效11例,总有效率为78%,明显优于对照组60%的有效率,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效,值得临床推广.

Effects of compound salvia pellet combined with isosorbide dinitrate in 100 cases patients with angina pectoris

Objective To study the effect and safety of compound salvia pellet combined with isosorbide dinitrate in 100 cases patients with angina pectoris. Methods 100 cases patients with isosorbide dinitrate in our hospital- from 2001 to 2005 were were randomly divided into control group 50 casesand treatment group 50 cases. The control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate, nifedipine and aspirin etc, the treatment group were treated with compound salvia pellet based on the treatment of control group. A course of treatment was 15 days. Then the effects were compared after 2 courses of treatment. Results 14 cases of the treatment group had marked effect,25 cases had effect, 11 cases without effect, and the total cure rate was 78 %. The 78 % of treatment group were higher than 60% of control group. There was significant difference between groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is safety that the treatment of compound salvia pellet in patients with angina peetoris, and it is worth to clinical expansion.
