藿朴夏苓益胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察藿朴夏苓益胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎（脾胃湿热型）的临床疗效。方法60例慢性浅表性胃炎（脾胃湿热型）幽门螺杆菌阳性患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予西药抗Hp、抑酸及保护胃黏膜等治疗；治疗组在对照组西药治疗的基础上加用中药藿朴夏苓益胃汤。两组治疗均4周为1个疗程。结果治疗后治疗组总疗效为90．00％，明显优于对照组76．67％（P〈0．05），治疗后症状总积分治疗组（2．95±1．47）明显少于对照组（6．91±1．65）（P〈0．05）。Hp阴转率治疗组为46．67％与对照组43．44％相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论藿朴夏苓益胃汤治疗治疗慢性浅表性胃炎（脾胃湿热型）有良好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of chronic superficial gastritis with Huopuxialingyiweitang

Objective To observe the curative effects of the chronic superficial gastritis （CSG） by decoction Huopuxialingyiweitang. Methods 60 patients whose diseases are diagnosed as CSG（ damp-heat in spleen and Stomach） divided into two equal groups ： the treatment group and the control group. All of them be treated by Anti - Helicobacter pylori, Inhibiting gastric acid secretion and Protection of gastric mueosa. The treatment group added by Huopuxialingyiweitang; Four weeks A course. Results After treatment the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 00%, more then that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , The symptom score of treatment group after treatment less then that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the clearance rate of Hp is no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huopuxialingyiweitang remedy chronic superficial gastritis damp--heat in spleen and Stomach） with good results.
