牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床应用

目的评价牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液（恩再适）治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法将65例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组（33例）及对照组（32例）。治疗组给予恩再适注射液7．2U／d静脉滴注，疗程14d；对照组给予维生素B1注射液100mg／d、维生素B12注射液500μg／d肌肉注射，疗程14d。结果治疗组总有效率75．7％，对照组总疗效率40．6％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论恩再适治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有效率较高，且安全性好，值得在临床推广使用。

Effect of Analgeclne in treatment of posthenpefic neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Analgecine in treatment of posthenpetic neuralgia （ PHN ）. Methods 65 patients with posthenpetic neuralgia were divided into the treatment group（ n = 33 ） and the control group（ n = 32）. The treatment group was given with Analgeeine injection intravenously （7.2 U of Analgecine every day, for 14 days）, and the control group was given with VitB1 and VitB12 injection intravascular （ 100 mg of Vit B1 and 500 μg of Vit B12 every day,for 14 days）. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.7% ,The total effective rate of the control group was 40. 6% , The treatment group obviously surpass the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Analgecine is effective and safety in treatment of posthenpetic neuralgia, it is worth popularizing.
