人性化护理在儿科病房中的应用

目的探讨人性化护理在儿科病房中的应用。方法笔者所在医院2006～2009年对儿科病房进行改造，美化了环境，转变服务理念，实施人性化护理后收到了较好的效果，以其为例进行分析，采用美化病房环境，体现人文关怀；设施人性化，方便不同年龄的患儿；严格控制交叉感染；围绕以患者为中心的原则；熟练的护理操作，使患者对护士操作不再感到恐惧。结果通过人文关怀的实施和人性化服务在儿科病房的应用，患儿增加了，经济效益和社会效益提高了，患儿的满意度也提高了，使儿科及医院有了较长足的发展。结论在儿科病房实施人性化护理，可以提高家长满意度，增强护理人员整体素质，提高服务质量。

Application Humanistic nursing care in the pediatric ward

Objective To explore the humanistic nursing care in the pediatric ward of applications. Methods In a hospital from 2006 to 2009 on the pediatric ward to transform and beautify the environment, changes in service concept, the implementation of humanistic nursing care received after the good results, as an example to analyze its use of landscaping ward environment reflects the humanistic care;facilities for userfriendly, convenient in children of different ages ; strict control of cross infection ; focus on patient - centered principles; warm care operations, so that patients no longer feel the fear of nurses operating methods. Results The implementation of humanistic care and human services in the pediatric ward of the application of children has increased, economic and social benefits increased, satisfaction with children also increased, so have a longer foot pediatric and hospital development. Conclusion In pediatric ward implementation of the humanistic care, can improve parents＇ satisfaction and enhance the overall quality of nursing staff and improve service quality.
