Physicians' salary system in public hospitals is a core system arrangement in the field of medical and health, its design must be under the background of health reform, play the promoting function of salary system reform for public hospital reform. This paper summarized the research literature about the reform of physicians' salary system in public hospitals, including the analysis on present situation and problems of physicians' salary system, the research on reform practice and its difficulties to physicians' post performance wage, the reference to physicians' salary system in China from developed countries, and proposed the direction for further study.
