摘    要:新世纪新阶段,医院人才工作的根本任务是以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,大力实施“人才为本、人才强院”战略。只有树立“人才是第一资源”的观念,才能与时俱进地培养和造就大批面向新世纪的高素质医疗人才,才能使医院不断增强综合竞争能力,在未来的竞争中插上腾飞的翅膀。

Abstract:Physicians' salary system in public hospitals is a core system arrangement in the field of medical and health, its design must be under the background of health reform, play the promoting function of salary system reform for public hospital reform. This paper summarized the research literature about the reform of physicians' salary system in public hospitals, including the analysis on present situation and problems of physicians' salary system, the research on reform practice and its difficulties to physicians' post performance wage, the reference to physicians' salary system in China from developed countries, and proposed the direction for further study.
