兔胎仔部分取出宫腔外模型制作可行性研究

目的 探讨将兔胎仔部分取出官腔外，制作动物模型的可行性及方法。方法 取16只日本长耳大白兔孕兔，体重2．6～4.0kg，于孕22d行宫内手术，每只母兔选一远离子宫颈的胎仔，将其部分取出宫腔外，切除一侧下腹壁皮肤、皮下及部分肌肉组织后，放回子宫．术后密切观察母兔有无流产，术后第8d以剖宫产方式取出胎仔，观察手术胎仔的存活情况。结果 16只母兔．2只术后1d内死于气温过高。其余14只母兔均存活至妊娠足月，无一流产。14只手术胎仔在剖宫产时存活9只。手术胎仔存活率64．3％。结论 通过本实验方法，将兔胎仔部分取出宫腔外手术，制作相对复杂的动物模型是可行的。

Feasibility study of partial exteriorition of rabbit fetuses

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of partial exteriorition of rabbit fetuses.Methods 16 time-dated Japanese long-ear rabbits were studied. All the rabbits underwent surgery on the 22nd gestational day. For each rabbit, one fetus at either horn away from the uterus cervical was operated on. The skin, subcutaneous tissue and part of muscle from either side of the fetal lower anterior abdominal wall were removed. After operation, the fetus was replaced into the uterus and observed for abortion. 8 days later, the fetuses were delivered by cesarean section. Alive fetuses on cesarean delivery were counted. Results 14 does survived to term, while the ther 2 ones died of overheating. No abortion was observed. In the 14 surviving does, 9 operating fetuses survived at the cesarean deliver. The survival rate was 64.28%(9/14). Conclusion The method demonstrated that partial exteriorization rabbit fetuses for surgical intervention is feasible.
