| 摘 要： | 目的:观察滋脺调脂饮治疗葡葡糖调节异常并脂代谢紊乱的效果。方法:治疗组60例用滋脺调脂饮治疗、对照组30例用绞股蓝总甙片治疗,观察两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、TC、TG、HDL-C指标。结果:治疗组总有效率85.0%、对照组63.3%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:滋脺调脂饮对葡萄糖调节异常并脂代谢紊乱有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect on accommodation abnormality of glucose complicating disorder of lipid metabolism treated by Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction.Method: 60 cases were treated with Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction as the study group while 30 cases were treated with Jiaogulan Zongdai Pian.BFS,PPBS(2h),TC,TG and HDL-C of the two groups were obseved.Result : The toal effective rate of the study group is 85.0% while that of the control group is 63.3% and there is very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion : Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction has good therapeutic effect on accommodation abnormality of glucose complicating disorder of lipid metabolism. |
