老年人大肠癌125例外科治疗体会

目的探讨70岁以上老年人大肠癌病人的外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我们于2000年10月~2005年12月手术治疗的125例70岁以上大肠癌病人的临床资料。结果全组围手术期死亡2例,术后死亡2例。术后出现并发症34例。1年生存率为85%,3年生存率为49%。结论老年人大肠癌的外科治疗复杂、风险高,除个体化的手术治疗外,应同步治疗及预防并存疾病的术后发作,降低术后死亡率和并发症的发生率。

Surgical management of colorectal cancer in 125 elderly patients

Objective To summarize our experience in surgical management of 125 patients older than 70 with colorectal cancer.Methods From Oct. 2000 to Dec. 2005,125 consecutive patients older than 70 with colorectal cancer were managed by surgical procedure.Results Two patients died during operation and 2 died because of accompanied disease.Thirty-four complications were recorded.One- and three-year survival rate was 85% and 49% respectively.Conclusion Colorectal cancer in elderly patients is more difficult to manage with higher risk.To reduce the mortality and post-operative complications,great attention should be paid to accompanied disease as well as individual surgical treatment.
