| 摘 要： | 目的观察陷胸三金汤治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法选择胆囊结石患者67例。随机双盲法分为2组,治疗组36例,予自拟陷胸三金汤口服,对照组31例予步长胆石利通片口服,分别于治疗3个月、6个月观察临床症状、体征,超声检查观察胆囊结石变化。结果 2组治疗后结石大小及症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。2组治疗3个月、6个月总显效率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论陷胸三金汤治疗胆囊结石临床疗效优于步长胆石利通片,疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Xianxiong Sanjin decoction on the treatment of gallstone.Methods 67 patient with gallstone were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=36）were treated by Xianxiong Sanjin decoction.Patients in control group（n=31）were treated by Buchang danshilitong tablets.The clinical syndrome and changes of cholecystolithiasis by ultrasonograph were observed at three months and six months.Results There were significant differences between before and after treatment on stone sizes,syndrome score,in two groups（P〈0.05）.The improvement in treatment group was superior to that of Buchang danshilitong tablets in control group.Conclusion The effect of Xianxiong Sanjin decoction was superior to that of Buchang danshilitong tablets on the treatment of gallstone. |
