中晚期宫颈癌动脉化疗及栓塞序贯放疗的近期疗效观察

目的观察DEF方案（氟尿嘧啶、表柔吡星、顺铂）超选择子宫动脉化疗栓塞术后序贯放疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效,评价近期疗效。方法对46例中晚期宫颈癌患者（Ⅱb~Ⅳ期）行动脉化疗栓塞及化疗灌注术序贯放疗,观察其近期疗效、不良反应及影响疗效的因素。结果动脉化疗栓塞的总有效率为78.3%。结论该方案超选择动脉化疗栓塞的临床总有效率高,近期有效率高,不良反应小,对宫颈癌疗效确切。

Obstruction of Cervical Cancer Treated by Chemoembolization and Radiology

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment for the advanced cervical cancer with radiotherapy and chemoembolization in super-selective uterine arteries chemotherapy embolism of the DEF program（fluorouracil,Epirubicin,cisplatin） and evaluate the short-term effect.Methods Totally 46 cases of patients with advanced cervical cancer（Ⅱb-Ⅳ period）were selected using the arterial chemoembolization and infusion chemotherapy sequential radiotherapy,and then observed the short-term efficacy,side effects and factors affecting the efficacy.Results The total effectiveness of the artery chemotherapy embolism was 78.3%.Conclusion The total clinical effectiveness of the radiotherapy and chemoembolization in super-selective uterine arteries chemotherapy embolism of the DEF program（fluorouracil,Epirubicin,cisplatin）was high and side effect were less.It was confirmed curative effects on cervical cancer cervical cancer.
