红花黄色素注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板活化与纤溶活性的影响

摘    要:目的探讨红花黄色素注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者血小板活化状态和纤溶活性的影响。方法62例UA患者随机分为常规治疗组(31例)和红花黄色素组(31例)。疗程2周。治疗前后测定血浆中血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t—PA)及其抑制物(PA1-1)水平。结果两组UA患者治疗后GMP-140含量、PA1-1活性均明显降低(P〈0.05):t—PA活性显著升高(P〈0.05)。红花黄色素注射液组降低GMP-140和升高t—PA的幅度高于常规治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论红花黄色素注射液有效抑制血小板活化、改善纤溶活性是治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Honghuahuangsesu injection on patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) and effects of injection Honghuahuangsesu on platelet activation and fibrinolytic activity in patients with unstable angina. Methods Totally 62 patients with UA are randomized to the conventional therapy group (31 cases ) and the Honghuahuangsesu injection group (31 cases). The course of the treatment is 2 weeks. Plasma of platelet α - granule membrane protein (GMP- 140), tissue plasminogen activator (t -PA) and its inhibitor (PAI- 1 ) levels are measured before and after treatment. Results GMP - 140 levels and PAI - 1 activity of both UA patients are significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ), while t - PA activity is significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ). The differences of GMP - 140 and t - PA in the Honghuahuangsesu injection group before and after the treament are higher than those in the conventional therapy group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Honghuahuangsesu injection inhibit platelet activation effectively and improves fibrinolytic activity , which serves as one the mechanisms of treatments for unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.
