| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法对9例脊髓损伤患者进行脊髓探查加损伤局部神经干细胞移植术,术前及术后半年应用ASIA评分系统进行神经功能评定。结果患者在皮肤感觉、运动、二便、排汗等方面均有一定程度的改善;术后ASIA评分与术前比较,两者间有显著差异。结论神经干细胞移植可以改善脊髓损伤患者的感觉、运动、二便及排汗等多方面的神经功能,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of neural stem cell transplantation on spinal cord injury.Methods Injecting neural stem cell into subarachnoid space through the pathways of lumbar puncture and spinal cord through spinal cord exploration in 9 cases,as while as doing nerve function evaluation（ASIA）before operation and half a year after operation.Results The patients have high improvement on their sensory function、motion function、urine and stool function and perspiration function.And there was significant statistical difference between preoperative score and postoperative score. Conclusion Neural stem cell transplantation can improve the symptoms and signs of spinal cord injury patients and the quality of their life. |
