高龄胆石症患者的治疗分析

目的总结高龄（70岁以上）胆石病的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院6年来收治高龄胆石病69例的临床资料。结果急诊手术22例（31.9%）,择期手术36例（52.2%）;保守治疗11例;合并疾病54例（78.5%）;治愈57例（82.6%）,好转4例（5.8%）,死亡8例（11.6%）;术后发生并发症28例（40.6%）。结论选择手术适应症至关重要,择期手术应进行全面细致的检查并治疗合并症,选择好合适的手术时机。急诊应边抢救边检查,术中进行监测,手术应简单有效。术后积极预防并发症发生。

Analysic on Treatment of Aged Gallstones

Objective Summarizing the treatments of the aged patients（over 70 years old） sufferring from gallstones.Methods Retrospective analysis of the 69 cases treated in our hospital.Results Totally 22 cases of Emergency surgery（31.1%）,36 cases of picking period surgery（52.2%）,11 cases of conservative treatment;54 cases of complicating diseases（78.5%）;57 cases have been healed（82.6%）;Improvement in 4 cases（5.8%）,death in 8 cases（11.6%）;Postoperative complications occurred in 28 cases（40.6%）.Conclusion Select surgical indication is essential.The examination of elective surgery should be detailed and thorough and the complications have to be treated,Select the appropriate timing of surgery.Emergency rescue should be with inspection.Intraoperative monitoring.Operation should be simple and effective.Take active methods to prevent postoperative complications.
