| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨螺旋CT对胃间质瘤（GST）的诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理及免疫组化证实的18例GST的CT表现。结果18例肿瘤均为单发，其中3例恶性，6例低度恶性，9例良性。平扫密度均匀11例，平扫密度不均匀7例，增强病变呈中度或明显强化，11例病变见溃疡或囊性变，所有病例均未见淋巴结肿大。结论GST的CT表现具有一定的特点，螺旋CT对GST的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate spiral computed tomography （SCT） in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of Gastric Stromal Tumor. Methods CT findings of 18 cases with pathologically proved GST were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the cases were singal tumor ,including benign lesions （ n = 9 ） , borderline tumors （ n = 6 ） , and malignant tumors tumors （ n = 3 ）. 11 cases homogenously density and 7 cases unhomogenously density in non - contrast enhanced CT were found, the tumor shows significant enhancement with the contrast medium. Necrosis in 11 cases were found. Meta- static lymph node was not found in all cases. Conclusion SCT provides important and helpful information for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Gastric Stromal Tumor. |
