小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘85例的治疗

目的探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊治措施。方法回顾分析我科2006年2月-2009年12月治疗的85例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床资料。结果本组病例均按哮喘治疗，给予支气管扩张剂及肾上腺皮质激素治疗。患儿用药以后咳嗽均在3～7d症状明显缓解，10d左右痊愈。结论在临床上对长期慢性咳嗽且抗生素治疗无效患者，又排除其他引起慢性咳嗽的疾病，有既往过敏史，或家族史者应考虑本病，及早相关检查，尽可能早期诊断，并给予适当治疗，以免发展成典型哮喘。

Clinical Analysis of Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma
