肾衰宁胶囊对5／6肾切除术后大鼠残肾肾功能的保护作用

目的通过对大鼠5／6肾切除模型的研究，探讨肾衰宁胶囊对残肾肾功能的保护作用。方法采用全自动生化分析仪测定血尿素氮、血肌酐；血液流变仪测定血液流变学指标；双缩脲法测定尿蛋白含量；采用PAS和PASM染色观察肾脏组织学改变，并半定量肾脏组织学的变化情况。结果对照组尿蛋白排泄率明显增高，肌酐、尿素氮明显增高，肾脏组织出现明显的病理改变，与假手术组相比差别显著；肾衰宁胶囊治疗后，慢性肾功能衰竭的相关指标均明显改善。结论肾衰宁胶囊具有降低蛋白尿、降低肌酐及尿素氮、减轻肾脏的各种病理改变的作用，可有效延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的病程。

Research of Chronic Kidney Failure Delayed by Chinese Medicine Shenshuaining Capsule

Objective To evaluate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Shenshuaining JiaoNang upon the chronic kidney disease progress on the study of 5/6 kidney removal rat model. Methods Blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer;Hemorheological index measured by rheometer;Urine protein measured by Coomassie brilliant blue;Using PAS and PASM kidney histology staining observe changes, and semi -quantitate the kidney histology changes of complex Shenshuaining JiaoNang. Results The urine protein excretory rate and serum urea nitrogen,creatinine increased obviously in controll group, the index of Erythrocyte aggregation and whole blood viscosity decrease significantly. Renal organizations show up evident of pathological change and leave surgical group compared the difference. After the treatment of, complex Shenle, the above indicators are improving significantly. Conclusion Shenshuaining JiaoNang has degraded proteinuria, reduced serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, and lower the index value of the Erythrocyte aggregation and whole blood viscosity, lessen kidney various pathological change, effectively delay the course of chronic renal disease progression.
