和胃汤辅助奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察

目的观察和胃汤辅助奥关拉唑治疗胃食管反流病（GERD）的疗效。方法67例GERD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，前者清晨顿服奥美拉唑20mg，夜间睡前服用和胃汤，对照组清晨顿服奥美拉唑20mg，疗程6周。于治疗后2、4、6周观察胃灼热、反酸、胸骨后痛等症状的缓解情况，并于6周后复查胃镜及24h食管pH值，比较两组的治愈率。结果治疗组治疗2、4、6周后总有效率分别为80．00％、85．71％、94．28％，对照组治疗2、4、6周后总有效率分别为62．50％、68．75％、71．88％，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗6周后内镜下A、B、C—D级食管炎治愈率分别达82．35％、73．33％、66．67％，对照组治疗6周后内镜下A、B级食管炎内镜下治愈率分别为46．67％、37．14％，C—D级食管炎治愈率为零，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．05）；两组治疗6周后经24h食管pH值监测，治疗组反流次数明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论和胃汤辅助奥关拉唑治疗GERD的疗效明显优于单用奥美拉唑者（P〈0．05）。

Study of Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease by Hewei Decoction and Omeprazole

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Omeprazole and Hewei Decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD）. Methods Tofally 67 patients with GERD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the former were serviced omeprazole 20mg in the morning and soup of Hewei decoction at night, the latter were only serviced omeprazole 20mg in the morning,treatment for 6 weeks. After treatment for2,4,6 weeks, observe the heartburn, acid reflux, chest pain and other symptoms,reviewing of endoscopy and 24h esophageal pH after 6 weeks, the cure rates were compared. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 80. 00% ,85.71% ,94. 28% respectively after 2,4,6 weeks of treatment, but the cure rate of the control group was 62.50%, 68.75% ,71.88% showing an obvious difference （ P 〈0.05） ;the cure rate of patients with grade A, B,C- D of esophagitis was monitored under gastroscope in pantoprazole group, which was82. 35%, 73.33% ,66.67% respectively after 6 weeks of treatment, but the rate of the control group were 46.67% ,37.14% and zero in C- D Grade with an obvious difference （ P 〈0. 05） between the two groups. Conclusion Omeprazole plus soup of Hewei decoction is more effective than Omeprazole alone in the treatment of GERD.
