氯吡格雷和阿斯匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高急性心肌栵死的（NSTEMI）的安全性及临床效果。方法选取2007年1月-2010年1月期间NSTEMI患者116例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各58例,对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷治疗。结果观察组总有效率为87.93%,对照组总有效率为58.62%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组用药前、后心电图ST段改变,血PT、APTT和PLT变化,其组内治疗前、后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;组间同期比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死能改善梗死血管畅通率,且有效降低血清心肌标记物,改善心电图及血液流变学指标。

Treatment on Clopidogrel Union Aspirin Enteric - coated Tablets for Non - ST - segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Objective To discuss the safety and clinical effects on the clopidogrel union aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment for non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction（NSTEMI）.Methods Chose 116 cases with NSTEMI during January2007 to January 2010,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,58 cases for each group,the control group used aspirin enteric-coated tablets only,the observation group on the basis of the treatment in the control group and add clopidogrel.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.93%,and the control group was 58.62%,two groups compared had a statistical difference significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）;The changes of the ST electrocardiogram in two groups before and after using drugs,the changes of the blood PT,APTT and PLT,the group before and after treatment had the statistics difference（P〈0.05）;In the same period,two groups had the statistics difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clopidogrel union aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment for non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is able to improve the blood vessels clear and effective and reduce the mark of the myocardium and improve electrocardiogram.
