外来女工生殖健康知识认知和需求调查

目的探讨外来女工对生殖健康知识的认知以及对生殖健康教育的需求。方法对285名外来女工进行问卷调查。结果女工对女性生殖知识的正确认知率约为60%,对如何预防生殖道感染的正确知晓率为52.8%,对性传播疾病的正确知晓率仅为25.6%,对艾滋病传播途径的正确知晓率为75.6%,她们的获知途径以书籍杂志报刊为主;调查对象认为最佳的获知途径是医务人员的知识讲座和宣传,需求频次较高的知识是妇女常见病防治、生殖健康的职业保护、优生、科学减肥和美容等保健知识。结论各医疗保健机构和社区卫生服务中心应积极深入厂企,开展形式多样、内容丰富的女工生殖健康教育。

Investigation on Congition and Demand of Reproductive Health Knowledge among Migrant Women Workers

Objective To explore the congition of the reprodutive health knowledge and needs of the reproductive health education among migrant women workers.Methods Totally 285 migrant women workers were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire.Results About 60% of women workers knew the female reprodutive physiology,52.8% knew how to prevent reproductive infection,the correct awareness rate on sexually transmitted disease is only 25.6%,75.6% knew the way of the spread of AIDS.The main acquire approaches is books,journals and newspapers.The respondents thought that healthy lectures and profession guidance were important and reliable sources of knowledge.They needs the following health-care knowledge such as treatment of female common diseases,the occupational protection on reproductive health,eugenics,scientific slimming and beauty.Conclusion The hospital and community health service center should go deep into factories,develop various forms of reproductive health education,to promote the health of migrant women workers.
