解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折

目的观察应用肱骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的手术疗效。方法2006年1月至2009年12月采用肱骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折47例，男28例，女19例；年龄54～79岁，平均65岁。骨折按Neer分型，二部分骨折13例，三部分骨折27例，三部分骨折7例。结果所有患者随访8～24个月，平均14．5个月。均无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合，无感染及内固定失败等并发症。肩关节功能恢复良好，优良率91．5％。结论肱骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折具有固定可靠、疗效满意等优点，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Anatomical Proximal Humerus Fractures Treated by Proximal Humeral Locking Plate

Objective To observe the anatomical proximal humeral locking plate for treat-ment of proximal humeral fracture surgery.Methods From January 2006 to December 2009 using ana-tomical proximal humerus fractures of proximal humerus locking plate for treatment of 47 patients,28 males and 19 females;age of 54 to 79 years,mean 65 years.Fractures according to Neer classifica-tion,13 cases of fracture of the second part,three-part fractures in 27 cases,three-part fractures in 7 cases.Results All patients were followed up 8 to 24 months,an average of 14.5 months.There were no delayed union and nonunion,infection and complications such as internal fixation failure.Good recovery of shoulder function,good rate of 91.5%.Conclusion The anatomical proximal hu-meral locking plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures with a fixed and reliable results were satisfactory,has a good clinical value.
