改良他汀序贯疗法治疗ACS的降脂疗效及安全性研究

目的探讨改良他汀序贯治疗急性冠脉综合症（ACS）患者的调脂疗效及其安全性。方法107例确诊为ACS的住院患者，随机分为观察组（改良他汀序贯治疗组，57例）和对照组（口服阿托伐他汀20mg／d，50例）。检测入院24h内、4周、8周早晨空腹血脂（包括血清总胆固醇（TC）总甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C））、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK），观察药物不良反应。结果①与对照组比较，应用改良他汀序贯治疗的ACS患者血TC、LDL—C、TG水平均降低，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05），HDL—C水平增高，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。②与对照组比较，应用改良他汀序贯治疗的ACS患者血AST、ALT、CK水平无明显变化，两组药物不良反应轻微，统计学无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论④改良他汀序贯治疗方案治疗ACS调脂效果确切；②改良他汀序贯方案治疗ACS安全性较好。

Effectiveness and Safety Study on ACS in Lower Blood Lipid with Modified Statins Sequential Therapy

Objective To probe the effectiveness and safty with modified statins sequential therapy to low blood lipid on ACS patients. Methods Totally 107 cases who diagnosed as ACS were separated into observed group（57 cases using modified atorvastatin）and controlled group （50 cases using atorvastatin,20mg, daily） , measuring the fast blood lipid profiles （ including TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C, ALT, AST, CK） within 24 hours hospitalized,4 weeks and 8 weeks after hospitalization, respectively. And observing the drug - side effects. Results ①comparing to the controlled group, the serum TC, LDL - C and TG in observed group all decreased with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the HDL - C increased, also has significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. ②comparing to the controlled group,the serum AST,ALT and CK in observed group had no change and little side effect, with no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is definite to treat ACS in lower blood lipid and better safety using modified statins sequential regimen.
