| 摘 要： | 目的研究血浆N端B型钠尿肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平对急诊患者呼吸困难鉴别诊断意义。方法对我院急诊科呼吸困难患者,检测血浆NT-proBNP含量,并进行超声心动图检查,比较心源性和肺源性呼吸困难患者血浆NT-proBNP水平的差异。结果心源性呼吸困难组和肺源性呼吸困难组血浆NT-proBNP分别为（471.40±190.99）pg/mL和（84.77±24.17）pg/ml（P〈0.01）;心源性呼吸困难组血浆NT-proBNP与左室射血分数呈负相关（r=-0.82,P〈0.01）。结论血浆NT-proBNP对心源性呼吸困难和肺源性呼吸困难的鉴别诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of plasma NT-proBNP levels determination in emergency patients with dyspnea.Methods Plasma NT-proBNP levels and echocardiography were measured in 115 emergency patients with dyspnea,and plasma NT-proBNP levels and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were compared between 62cardiac dyspnea patients and 53 pulmonary dyspnea patients.Results The NT-proBNP levels of cardiac dyspnea group and pulmonary dyspnea group were（471.40±190.99）pg/ml and（84.77±24.17）pg/ml respectively.There was negative correlation between NT-proBNP levels and LVEF among cardiac dyspnea（r=-0.82,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The plasma BNP level has important significance in differential diagnosis in emergency patients with dyspnea. |
