| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后对腹腔粘连的影响。方法 68例按第一次剖宫产术式分两组,关腹前生理盐水（NS）冲洗腹腔配合改良横切口手术组37例,未行腹腔冲洗及新式剖宫产术组31例,再次剖宫产时腹腔粘连程度进行对照分析。结果 37例关腹前NS冲洗腹腔配合改良横切口手术无1例发生严重腹腔粘连（3级粘连）。结论剖宫产术中关腹前用NS冲洗配合改良横切口能减轻术后腹腔粘连。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the influence after cesarean section to belly cavity adhesion.Methods Totally 68 cases who had a second cesarean section were studied retrospectively,37 cases in observation group and 31 cases in control group.Results Observation group have no serious belly cavity adhesion cases.Conclusion Sodium Chloride douches abdominal cavity before closing belly combination transverse incision which can relieve belly cavity adhesion. |
