6种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌诊断的临床价值

目的比较6种血清肿瘤标志物检测对肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测106例肺癌和56例肺良性疾病患者的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、细胞角蛋白19片段（Cy-fra21-1）、恶性肿瘤生长因子（TSGF）、糖类抗原125（CA125）、血清鳞状细胞癌抗原（SCC-Ag）、癌胚抗原（CEA）,观察肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。结果肺癌组6种肿瘤标志物水平均显著高于肺良性疾病组（P均〈0.05）;6种肿瘤标志物联合检测的灵敏度和准确度分别为93.3%、87.3%,均优于单项检测。结论肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高肺癌诊断的灵敏度和准确度,有助于肺癌的诊断。

Clinical Value of Six Kinds Serum Tumor Markers in Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

Objective To compare the value of six kinds serum tumor markers in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods ELISA was to detect six kinds serum tumor markers in 106 cases of lung cancer and 56 patients with benign lung disease,serum neuron-specific enolase（NSE）,and six kinds serum tumor markers were cytokeratin 19 fragment（Cyfra21-1）,tumor growth factor（TSGF）,carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）,serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen（SCC-Ag）,carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）,to observe the value of tumor markers in diagnosis for lung cancer.The level of six kinds markers in lung cancer were significantly higher than benign lung disease group（P all 〈0.05）,and Joint detection six kinds of tumor markers in diagnosis sensitivity and accuracy were 93.3%,87.3%,were superior to single test.Conclusion The tumor markers can improve the diagnosis of lung cancer sensitivity and accuracy and will help the diagnosis of lung cancer.
