百草枯中毒60例抢救分析及预防对策

目的探讨百草枯中毒的抢救体会及预防对策。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的60例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料。结果 60例百草枯中毒患者,均有不同的消化道黏膜烧伤,经过综合抢救,存活7例,死亡53例,死亡率为88.33%。死亡者均出现呼吸窘迫综合征,其中,伴随中毒性心肌炎18例、急性肾功能衰竭15例、中毒性肝炎11例、消化道穿孔6例、皮下气肿3例。死亡时间为中毒后2～16d,平均9.4d。结论只有积极做好预防工作,在农村对百草枯毒性进行大量宣传,加强农民对此农药的使用管理,才能降低误服率;一旦发现中毒事件,应尽早实施全方位综合治疗,以尽可能降低病死率。

Rescue Measures and Preventive Measures of 60 Cases of Paraquat Poisoning

Objective To explore the experience of paraquat poisoning rescue and preventive measures.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients admitted to hospital in recent years,patients with paraquat poisoning.Results 60 cases of paraquat poisoning patients,have a different digestive tract burns,after comprehensive rescue,survival in 7 cases,53 cases of death,mortality rate was 88.33%,both respiratory distress syndrome,in which 18 cases with toxic myocarditis,15 cases of acute renal failure,toxic hepatitis in 11 cases,6 cases of gastrointestinal perforation,subcutaneous emphysema in 3 cases.Time of death after poisoning 2～16d,an average of 9.4d.Conclusion Only by actively carrying out the prevention work in rural areas and a great deal of publicity work on the toxicity of paraquat and strengthen the use of pesticides managed to reduce the oral intake rate;Once a poisoning incident,as soon as possible to implement a comprehensive system for treatment,to reduce the mortality.
