| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅骨修补术后脑积水的治疗经验。方法对14例颅骨修补术后出现脑积水患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 10例在1月内行脑室腹腔分流术,患者病情明显改善;2例在3个月后手术及2例未手术,均恢复较差。结论颅骨修补术后一旦脑积水,应尽早行脑室腹腔分流术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the experience of treatment about hydrocephalus after cranioplasty.Methods Clinical data of 14 cases of hydrocephalus after Cranioplasty were retrospected and analyzed.Results 10 cases accomplished the Ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in one month,their state attained improve ment;2 cases accomplished the operation after 3 months and 2 cases refused operation,they became worse.Conclusion If patient has hydrocephalus after cranioplasty,we should accomplished the Ventriculo-peritoneal shunt as soon as possible. |
