彩超引导下经皮肾镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声（彩超）引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的手术方法及应用价值。方法回顾性分析62例采用彩超引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗多发肾结石患者的临床资料。结果 62例患者均一期成功建立皮肤肾脏通道行一期碎石术,手术时间为70～180min,平均（85±10）min;术后1周复查尿路平片,50例排净结石1,2例结石残余,结石清除率为80.6%（50/62）,住院时间5～15d,平均8d,3例（3/62）患者出现不同程度的发热,用抗生素抗感染治疗后体温均恢复正常。结论彩色多普勒超声（彩超）引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗多发肾结石手术成功率高,结石残留率低,创伤小,住院时间短,具有较高的临床实用价值。

Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Combined Pneumatic Lithotripsy in Treatment of Complex Renal Calculi

Objective To evaluate the surgical method and application of color Doppler ul-trasound（ultrasonography）-guided percutaneous renal lithotripsy in treatment of complex renal calcu-li.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 62 cases using color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal lithotripsy treatment of kidney stones in patients with multiple.Results Totally 62 patients with primary skin and kidney channel line was successfully established a lithotripsy operation time was 70 ～180min,the average（85 ±10） min;urinary tract after 1 week review of plain film,cleaned stones in 50 cases,12 patients with residual stones,stone clearance rate was 80.6%（50/62）,hospitalization time was 5 to 15 days,an average of 8 days,34.8%（3/62） patients with different degrees of fever,anti-infective treatment with antibiotics body temperature were normal.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound（ultrasonography）-guided percutaneous renal lithotripsy treatment of multiple kidney stones has high success rate,low residual stones,trauma,shorter hospital stay,with a high clinical value.
