| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗蝶窦良性病变的疗效和手术体会。方法采用鼻内窥镜手术对31例蝶窦患者进行鼻腔-蝶窦手术,对不同病变情况采用不同的处理方法。结果随访3个月～4年。29例痊愈,2例出现窦口闭锁,行再次手术开放,无1例出现严重并发症。结论局麻鼻内窥镜下蝶窦手术具有视野清楚,损伤小,出血少,痛苦小等优点,是一种安全、有价值的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment effects of benign lesions in sphenoid sinus with endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods We reviewed clinical datas of 31 sphenoid sinusitis patients under nasal endscope surgery.The operation approaches were all adopted by trans-nasal cavity-sphenoidal sinus pathway.Different approachs were used based on different lesions.Results During 3 months to 4 years following up,29 cases were cured and 2 cases with sinus ostium atresia were taken by re-open surgery.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion The endoscopic sphenoid sinus surgery under local anesthesia is a safe and valuable surgery which has some advantages,such as vision clearer,less damage,less bleeding,less pain and so on |
