老年冠心病患者血清淀粉样蛋白A与脂联素的关系及其临床意义

目的探讨老年人中冠心病（Coronary heart disease,CHD）患者血清淀粉样蛋白A（serum amyloidA,SAA）和血清脂联素（serum adiponectin,APN）的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA法）测定56例老年冠心病患者（冠心病组）和26例老年非冠心病患者（对照组）SAA及ANP水平,并进行比较,了解其相关性。结果冠心病组SAA水平为（8.26±5.26）mg/L,明显高于对照组的（1.26±1.62）mg/L（P〈0.01）;冠心病组APN水平为（3.28±0.26）mg/L,低于对照组的（5.98±0.36）mg/L（P〈0.05）。SAA水平与APN水平呈负相关（r=-0.311,P〈0.05）。结论老年冠心病患者血清SAA水平明显升高,APN水平降低,SAA水平与APN水平呈负相关。

Relationship between Serum Amyloid A and serum Adiponectin in Elder Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To discover the association among serum amyloid A and serum adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods According to clinical manifestation、ECG、myocardium enzyme and coronary angiography,82 cases were divided into CHD group（56 cases） and control group（26 cases）.Serum levels of SAA and APN were measured in CHD group and control group.SPSS 10.0 was used to statisticize and analyze the data.Results Serum levels of SAA in CHD group（8.26±5.26）mg/L compared with control group（1.26±1.62）mg/L were increased（P〈0.01）;Serum level of APN in CHD group（3.28±0.26）mg/L compared with control group（5.98±0.36）mg/L was decreased.The changes of SAA and ANP were negatively correlated（r=-0.331,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum SAA were increased while APN was decreased in patients with coronary heart disease in elders.Correlation analysis display that SAA and APN were negatively correlated.
