保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床研究

目的研究保乳术在早期乳腺癌治疗中的临床应用,总结保乳术的治疗经验。方法回顾分析我院2005年1月—2006年5月120例早期乳腺癌行保乳术临床资料,所有病人都经病理证实,并对其手术技巧、美容效果及近期和远期疗效进行总结,并与同期行改良根治手术的380例早期乳腺癌行对比研究。结果 120例保乳术疗效和美容效果满意,5年累积无复发生存率97.2%,总生存率98.3%,于同期行改良根治术患者相似。结论早期乳腺癌在无禁忌症的情况下行保乳手术,术后辅以化疗、放疗、内分泌等综合治疗的方法效果肯定,可取得较好的远期效果。

Clinical Study of Conservative and Modified Radical Mastectomy for Early Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical application of breast-conserving therapy during treating early breast cancer and summarize the treatment experience of breast-conserving therapy.Methods Retrospectively analyze 120 subjects for breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer of our hospital between January 2005 to May 2008.All the patients were confirmed by pathobiology.Breast-conserving therapy were applied.Operative technique,curative effect,cosmetic effect,recent and long-term effect were retrospectively analyzed.Results 120 breast-conserving therapy were satisfied with curative effect and cosmetic effect.5-year cumulative relapse-free survival rate was 97.2%,overall survival was 98.3%.that was similar to modified radical surgery with the same period.Conclusion Without contraindication the method of breast-conserving therapy were applied.Chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy were taken after operation.Breast conserving surgery is feasible to early breast cancer.
