房颤患者233例抗凝治疗分析

目的分析房颤患者抗凝治疗的现状，了解房颤患者抗凝治疗的重要性。方法通过对233例住院房颤患者治疗的回顾性调查，观察并分析房颤患者抗凝治疗的差异性。结果心脏瓣膜病性房颤与心脏非瓣膜病性房颤患者的抗凝治疗率存在显著的差异性。亚组分析显示在心脏瓣膜病性房颤与心脏非瓣膜病性房颤患者的抗凝治疗人群中，其抗凝达标率存在显著的差异性；而在心脏瓣膜病性房颤抗凝治疗人群中，曾经行瓣膜置换手术与未行手术的患者之间，其抗凝达标率也存在显著的差异性。结论抗凝治疗与医生的抗凝意识有关，也与患者的接受程度有关。

Analysis on Present Situation of Anticoagulation for Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To learn the importance of anticoagulation for patients with atrial fibrillation,through analyzing the present situation of anticoagulation. Methods Totally 233 resident patients were involved in this retrospective study, and the different ratio of anticoagulation among these patients were studied and analyzed. Results The ratio of anticoagulation was significant difference between atrial fibrillation of valvular heart disease （ VHD ） and non - valvular heart disease ; Subgroup studies showed that among these anticoagulation patients were not on the same line. The ratios of targets for anticoagulation were distinct. Among the patients with VHD, The ratios of targets for anticoagulation were different between valvular surgery and non - surgery. Conclusion The result suggested that anticoagulation was not only relative with doctors advice, but the degree of acceptance was also important.
