华蟾素注射液联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤研究

目的观察华蟾素联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效及毒性。方法 48例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者随机分为华蟾素联合CHOP方案组（A组）和CHOP方案组（B组）,A组：24例患者接受环磷酰胺750mg.m2,静脉注射,第1d;阿霉素50mg/m2,静脉注射,第1d;长春新碱1.4mg/m2,静脉注射,第1d;强的松100mg/d2,口服,第1~5d;华蟾素20ml,加入5%葡萄糖250ml内静脉滴注,第1~14d。B组24例患者接受CHOP方案化疗同A组,不应用华蟾素,两组均为21d为1周期,化疗4个周期。结果 A组：CR 10例（41.7%）,PR 12例（50.0%）,SD 1例（4.2%）,PD1例（4.2%）,有效率91.7%,疾病控制率为95.8%;B组：CR11例（45.8%）,PR 4例（16.7%）,SD6例（25.0%）,PD 3例（12.5%）,有效率62.5%,疾病控制率为87.5%。结论华蟾素联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤疗效较好,不良反应轻,患者可耐受。

Clinical Observation of Huachansu injection Combined with CHOP Regimen in Treatment of NHL

Objective To observe the efficiency and toxicity of huachansu injection combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of non-Hodgkin＇S Lymphoma（NHL）.Methods Totally 48 patients were randomized into huachansu injection plus CHOP regimen group（group A） and CHOP regimen group（group B）.grpup A： twenty-four patients were treated with bolus injertion of CTX 750mg/m2,day1;bolus injertion of ADM 50mg/m2,day1;bolus injertion of VCR 1.4mg/m2,day1;PDN 100mg/d,day1～5;intravenous infusion of huachansu injection 20ml on day1～14.group B： twenty-four patients were treated with CHOP regimen without huachansu injection.1 cycle was 21 days,treated 4 cycles.Results 10 of 24 assessable patients in group A achieved complete response（CR）;11 patient in group B.12 patients in group A had partial response（PR）;4 patients in group B.1 ones in group A had stable disease（SD）;6 ones in group B.1 patient in group A had progressive disease（PD）;3ones in group B.The response rate in group A was 91.7%;62.5% in group B.Conclusion Huchansu injection combined with CHOP regimen was an effective regimen with tolerable toxicity in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
