难治性癫痫90例外科治疗研究

目的总结90例难治性癫痫患者的外科治疗要点及效果。方法 90例难治性癫痫患者在皮层脑电图监测下进行显微手术治疗,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者随访2～8个月,疗效满意者66例（73.3%）,显著改善者9例（10%）,良好者7例（7.8%）,较差者8例（8.9%）,无明显并发症及死亡病例。结论外科手术是治疗难治性癫痫的一种有效方法,但手术前的准确定位致痫灶及选择适当的手术方式是取得最佳的治疗效果的关键。

Research of Surgical Treatment of Intractable Epilepsy

Objective To review 90 cases of refractory epilepsy patients and effect of surgical treatment.Methods Totally 90 patients with refractory epilepsy conducted in the cortical EEG monitoring microsurgical treatment,and its retrospective analysis.Results All patients were followed up for 2 to 8 months the results were satisfactory in 66 patients（73.3%）,significantly improved in 9 cases（10%）,good in 7 cases（7.8%）,poor in 8 patients（8.9%）,No significant complications and deaths.Conclusion Surgery fon treatment of refractory epilepsy is an effective method,but accurate preoperative localization of epileptic foci and select the appropriate surgical treatment is key to achieve the best.
