脐带脱垂28例临床分析

目的探讨脐带脱垂的原因、诊治和预防经验。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月—2010年1月间收治的28例脐带脱垂病例。结果 28例脐带脱垂,其中剖宫产20例,顺产7例,1例放弃行内倒转分娩。剖官产20例中,新生儿轻度窒息11例,重度窒息9例;顺产7例均重度窒息。结论脐带脱垂与胎位异常有关,围产儿的死亡率与分娩方式及脐带受压的程度和脱垂的时间长短密切相关。早期诊断脐带脱垂,及时娩出胎儿,是提高围产儿存活率的关键。

Analysis of Umbilical Cord Prolapse 28 Cases

Objective To investigate the causes of umbilical cord prolapse,treatment and prevention experience.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2006 to Jan.2010 on 28 patients who were treated cases of umbilical cord prolapse.Results Of 28 cases of umbilical cord prolapse,in which 20 cases of caesarean section,natural delivery in 7 cases,one case of abandon in reverse birth.Profile control official capacity of 20 cases,11 cases of newborns with mild asphyxia and severe asphyxia,9;natural delivery were 7 cases of severe asphyxia.Conclusion Umbilical cord prolapse and fetal position abnormalities,perinatal mortality and mode of delivery and umbilical cord compression and the extent of prolapse is closely related to the length of time.Early diagnosis of umbilical cord prolapse,fetal expulsion in time is the key to improve perinatal survival.
