普米克令舒和沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的观察普米克令舒和沐舒坦联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）急性加重期的疗效。方法 78例慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上对照组给予传统药物地塞米松、α一糜蛋白酶、庆大霉素雾化;治疗组给予普米克令舒和沐舒坦联合雾化吸入。结果治疗后气短、呼吸困难症状的改善治疗组超过对照组,两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论普米克令舒和沐舒坦联合雾化吸入具有快速缓解病情、改善症状的作用,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗中具有重要意义。

Clinical effects of Aerosol Inhalation Therapy of Combing Pulmicort Respules with Mucosolvan on COPD

Objective To study the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation therapy of combing Pulmicort respules with Mucosolvan on COPD.Methods Totally 78 patients with AECOP D were randomized into study group and control group.On the base of normal treatment,the study group were administrated with Pulmicort respules and Mucosolvan for aerosol inhalation.The controls group were given hexadecadrol、α-chymotrypsin and Gentamicin for aerosol inhalation.Results There were significant differences in amelioration of dyspnea symptom between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Aerosol inhalation therapy of combing Pulmicort respules with Mucosolvan more effective than control group on COPD.
