耳石复位法治疗66例良性阵发性位置性眩晕

目的评价耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕（benign paroxgsmal positionallertigo,BPPV）的疗效。方法对66例BPPV患者进行耳石复位治疗,进行3个月随访观察。结果 56例BPPV于治疗后立即或在2周内逐渐消失,7例改善,3例无效,治愈率84.8%,总有效率95.5%。结论耳石复位法治疗BPPV无明显禁忌证,方法简单,无痛苦和不良反应,一次性治疗疗效高,短期（1~3个月）随访无复发,因此认为该法可作为BPPV门诊治疗的首选方法。

Otolith Repositioning in Treatment of 66 Patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Objective To evaluate the effect of the otolith repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（BPPV）.Methods Totally 66 patients with BPPV were done otolith reduction for the treatment,were followed up for 3 months.Results 56 cases BPPV After the treatment immediately or gradually disappeared within 2 weeks,7 cases improved,3 ineffective,cure rate 84.8%,total efficiency 95.5%.Conclusion The treatment of BPPV otolith repositioning has no contraindications,simple,no pain and adverse reactions,one-time therapy,short-term（1 to 3 months） no recurrence,so that the method can be used as the preferred method for outpatient treatment.
