球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿用于下颌无牙颌的临床研究

目的探讨球帽附着体固位的覆盖义齿在下颌无牙颌患者的应用效果。方法为21位下颌牙槽嵴严重萎缩的患者在下颌骨前牙区共植入41枚种植体，3个月后，用球帽附着体固位的覆盖义齿修复，分别在种植术后3，6和12个月采用临床检查和X线观察，评价义齿的固位、稳定性和咀嚼功能。结果球帽附着体覆盖义齿修复后经1～2年观察，所有种植体与骨组织结合良好，球帽附着体固位的覆盖义齿能显著提高下颌全口义齿的固位和稳定性，明显改善咀嚼功能。义齿稳定、咀嚼功能良好，患者满意。结论临床上利用球帽附着体固位的种植覆盖义齿能较好改善下颌全口义齿功能。

Clinical Effect of Implant Supported Ball- cap Attachment Retained Overdenture in Mandibles

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ball - cap attachment retained overdentures in mandibles. Methods The total of twenty - one patients of edentulous mandible were treated with gl implants. The implants were inserted in the anterior region of the mandible. After three months overdentures were constructed, supported by ball - cap attachments. A ckinical and radiographic evaluation was performed 3,6 and 12 months after insertion of the denture. Results The patients were followed 1 -2 years, all implants achieved successful osseointegration. The implant supported ball - cap retained overdentures can significantly improve the retention and stability of mandible complete . The denture were stable and the function was good. All patients were satisfied. Conclusion Implant supported ball- cap attachment retained overdentures can effectively get good functional recovery for clinical application.
