显微手术切除小脑幕跨幕巨大脑膜瘤的临床观察分析

目的探讨显微手术切除小脑幕跨幕巨大脑膜瘤的临床效果。方法回顾分析了上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院2007年9月至2009年3月收治经手术和病理证实的后颅窝小脑幕脑膜瘤24例,其中12例采用改良颞下-经小脑幕入路显微手术切除,另外12例采用改良扩大翼点入路切除术。结果Ⅰ级切除6例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级2例,两组切除程度相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。两组随访结果都比较好（P〉0.05）。结论显微手术切除小脑幕跨幕巨大脑膜瘤效果好,安全性强,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Microsurgical Removal Surgical for Meningioma of Tentorium Cerebelli

Objective To investigate the effects for microsurgical removal surgical of meningioma of tentorium cerebelli.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 24 cases of meningioma of tentorium cerebelli treated by surgery and pathology confirmed from September 2007 to March 2009 in our hospital,12 cases were treated with modified infratemporal-by transtentorial approach for microsurgical resection,The other 12 cases were treated by the modified extended pterional resection.Results Totally 6 cases were resected by I grade,16 cases and 2 cases in Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ grade.The resection extent between the two groups showed no significant difference（P0.05）.And the follow-up results of the two groups were better（P0.05）.Conclusion Microsurgical removal surgical for meningioma of tentorium cerebelli is safe and effective,so it is worthy of promotion.
