| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征妊高征）对围产儿生长发育的影响。方法 36例妊高征患者为妊高征组,随机抽取正常孕妇51例为对照组,进行不同程度的妊高征与围产儿发育迟缓、窒息率及死亡率的比较。结果妊高征组围产儿发育迟缓、窒息率及死亡率均明显高于正常对照组,重度组高于轻度组。结论妊高征对围产儿有不良影响,应重视妊高征,对其早发现、早治疗,努力改善围产儿结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension（PIH） syndrome on the growth and development of fetus.Methods Totally 36 patients with PIH（PIH group） and 51healthy pregnant women in their late trimester（control group） were studied.To compare the difference between the hypoevolutism,the rate of asphyxia and the mortality rate.Results The hypoevolutism,the rate of asphyxia and the mortality rate in PIH group is obviously super to the control group. Conclusion The pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is harmful to the fetus,so we should improve the results by discover and cure earlier. |
