EOF方案与FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的观察

目的评价EOF方案和FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法 70例晚期胃癌随机分为EOF组和FOLFOX4组,EOF组采用草酸铂130mg/m^2,静脉滴注2h,d1;亚叶酸钙200mg/m^2,静脉滴注2h,d1～5;5-氟尿嘧啶500mg/（m^2.d）,持续静脉输注120h;表阿霉素50mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第6d给予,21d为1周期,3周期后评价疗效。FOLFOX4组采用草酸铂85mg/m^2,静脉滴注,d1;亚叶酸钙200mg/m^2,静脉滴注2h,d1～2;其后5-氟尿嘧啶400mg/m^2,静脉推注,d1～2,接着5-氟尿嘧啶600mg/m^2持续静脉输注22h,14d为1周期,4个周期后评价疗效。结果两组近期有效率EOF组53.3%,FOLFOX 4组48.6%,两组比较无统计学差异,不良反应比较有统计学意义。结论 EOF方案与FOLFOX方案治疗晚期胃癌均有效,不良反应不同。

Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer with Regimens of EOF and FOLFOX4

Objective To compare the efficacy and tolerance of ECF regimen to that of FOL-FOX4 in advanced gastric cancer.Methods Totally 70 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divid-ed into two groups,EOF and FOLFOX4 at random.EOF group was treated with Oxaliplatin（L-OHP）130mg/m2 d1,intravenous infusion lasting 2 hours;CF 200mg/（m2.d） d1-d5,intravenous infusion lasting 2 hours;5-FU 500mg/（m2.d）,continuous infusion for 120 hours;and Epirubicin 50mg/（m2.d） 6 intravenous infusion with 21days as a circle.Three circles later,the efficacy can be judged.FOL-FOX4 group received L-OHP 85mg/m2.d1,intravenous infusion;CF 200 mg/（m2.d） d1and d2,in-travenous infusion lasting 2 hours;then 5-FU 400mg/（m2.d） d1and d2,bolus infusion followed by 5 -FU 600mg/（m2.d） d1and d2,continuous intravenous infusion lasting twenty two hours with fourteen days as a circle.Four circles later,the efficacy can be judged.Results The toxicity has significant sta-tistic difference between two groups,but the total response rate has no.Conclusion EOF and FOLFOX regimen have similar recent effect and are both tolerated in advanced gastric cancer.
