2000～2004年克拉玛依市居民死亡率及死亡原因调查

[目的]了解居民死亡率及死亡原因，探讨主要死因对居民健康造成的影响，为制定疾病控制策略与措施提供依据。[方法]2005～2006年，克拉玛依市对当地居民2000～2004年死亡情况进行调查。[结果]2000～2004年克拉玛依市居民年均死亡率为254．84／10万，标化死亡率为451.36／10万。年均死亡率（／10万）男性为324．44，女性为177．82（Χ^2=276．33，P〈0．01）；0岁为78．70，1～9岁为30．83，10～19岁为18．93，30～49岁为83．79，50～69岁为415．19，70岁以上为4811．60。居民前5位死因依次为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、运输事故（车祸）和消化系统疾病。[结论]慢性非传染性疾病是克拉玛依市居民的主要死亡原因。

Investigation on Mortality and Causes of Death in Inhabitants of Kelamayi from 2000 to 2004

[Objective]To know the mortality and the causes of death in inhabitants of Kelamayi and discuss the risk factors to inhabitants' health,provide scientific bases for prevention and control of the diseases.[Methods]Investigation was conducted on the mortality in inhabitants of Kelamayi from 2000 to 2004.[Results]From 2000 to 2004,the average annually mortality in inhabitants of Kelamayi was 254.84/100 000,the standardized mortality was 451.36/100 000.The average annually mortality in male was 324.44,while it was 117.82 in female(P<0.01).It was 78.70 in the inhabitants aged 0 to 1,30.83 aged 1to 9,18.93 aged 10-19,83.79 aged 30-39,415.19 aged 50-59 and 4 811.60 aged over 70.The first five leading causes of death were cancer,circulatory system disorders,respiratory disorders,traffic accidents and digestive system disorders.[Conclusion]Chronic non-communicable diseases were the main causes of death in inhabitants of Kelamayi.
