大鼠头部副交感神经节VIP的分布特点

摘    要:用间接免疫荧光法观察大鼠头部副交感神经节的血管活性肠肽免疫反应性(VIP-IR)发现睫状神经节,翼腭神经节和耳神经内均有VIP-IR主神经元,社些神经元在睫状神经节最多,达38.4%,翼腭神经节次之,为17.0%,耳神经节最少,占15.4%,未发现VIP-IR的小强度荧光(SIF)细胞和神经纤维,讨论了头部副交感神经节神经肽的分布特点和VIP的功能意义。

Abstract:Immunoreactivity for vasoactive intetional polypeptide (VIP) in rat cranial parasympathetic ganglia was observed by indirect immunofluorescence method. It was found that there were VIP IR principal neurons in the ciliary, pterygopalatine, and otic ganglia. The most VIP IR cells occurred in the ciliary ganglia (34.8%), followed by those in the pterygopalatine ganglia ( 17.0%) , and the least were found in t he otic ganglia (15.4%). VIP IR SIF cells and nerve fibers were not observed. Distributive characteristics of neuropeptides and funcional significace of VIP in cranial parppsymthetic ganglia were discussed.
